KONY 2012

Kony 2012 is a short film created by Invisible Children. Inc. The film's purpose is to promote the charity's 'Stop Kony' movement to make Ugandan cult and militia leader, indicted was criminal and International Criminal Court fugitive Joseph Kony globally known in order to have him arrested by December 2012, the time when the campaign expires.

Joseph Kony

The bulk of Kony's foot soldiers were children. While estimates the number of children conscripted since 1986 vary, some put the figure as high as 104,000. When abducting the children, Kony and his army often killed their family and neighbours , thus leaving the children with little choice but to fight for him.

Jason Russell

Joseph Kony and the Lord's Resistance Army have been abducting, killing, and displacing civilians in East and Central Africa since 1987. We first encountered these atrocities in Northern Uganda in 2003 when we met a boy named Jacob who feared for his life and a woman named Jolly who had a vision for a better future. Together, we promised Jacob that we would do whatever we could to stop Joseph Kony and the LRA. Invisible Children was founded in 2004 to fulfill that promise.' - Invisible Children -

How to register :

4. Then you click on 'Register To Attend'. If you want to click on 'Message Global Leaders' , you can also click (i will show you later). 

5. Then this will come out, you can click how many adults or children you want and after you click 'Register' .

6. Fill in the blanks about your personal information .

7. Then click ' I agree to the above waiver' . After that, click 'Complete Registration'.

8. Then this will come out.

9. Then your registration is complete. 

Message To Global Leaders 

1. Click on 'Message to Global Leaders' . 

2. Click on any one of them with the 'Message Now'.

For example, i'm going to click on Barack Obama.

3. If you have twitter, click on 'Tweet' . 

4. Click on 'Tweet' to send a message to Barack Obama.

If you do not have a twitter account, then click on 'Go here to send him a message like this'. 

5. Fill in the blanks with your personal information .

6. After you've finished filling in the blanks, click 'Submit'.

Action Kit

You can download the action kit for free by following these steps :

1. If you keep scrolling down  , you will see this. Click ' Download The Action Kit'. 

2. Then it will automatically download itself. 

3. When you open it , it will look something like this :
